All Sales Are Final – Exchange or Store Credit Only

  • We take pride in delivering quality products to our customers. For this reason, all sales are final.
  • We offer exchanges or store credit for eligible items.
  • PLEASE NOTE: We do not provide refunds or exchanges on white clothing under any circumstances. No Exceptions!

No Holds on Clothing

  • To maintain fairness to all customers, we do not hold clothing items.
  • Items are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

No Layaway

  • We do not offer layaway services at this time.
  • All purchases must be made in full at the time of transaction.

Delivery Policy

  • Deliveries must be confirmed 24 hours before the expected delivery date.
  • A delivery fee of $10 will be applied to all eligible orders.

Shipments to the Island

  • For shipments to the island, all items must be prepaid.
  • Proof of payment is required before delivery.
  • This policy is in place to ensure smooth and timely deliveries to island destinations.
